Community Engagement

BCLM works in partnership with local people and community groups across the Black Country with special needs and culturally diverse groups to develop projects and opportunities to better engage with Black Country stories and its heritage.

Community engagement activities are important to us in supporting our Strategic Audience Development Plan and achieving an outstanding visitor experience for all.

Whilst we cannot respond to every request, we welcome ideas and feedback from community organisations who would like to participate in activities working with our Museum.

For more information about community engagement activities at Black Country Living Museum, please contact Glenis Williams, Community Engagement Manager
