Business Partner Terms & Conditions

1. Business Partnership is valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

2. Business Partnership rates (all prices are subject to VAT at 20%):

Coal - £950

Iron - £2,500

Brass - £5,000

3. BCLM will require one named contact to direct all Partnership related communications.  To access partner benefits such as venue hire or priority booking for special events, contact us via email at development@bclm.com or call 0121 557 9643.

4. Business Partners have the following allocation of daytime admission tickets: Coal x50, Iron x80 and Brass x120.  A single ticket will admit one person and may be used by the Partner’s staff, clients and their families. Tickets cannot be exchanged for an UnChained (12 month) Pass. It is the responsibility of the Business Partner to manage the use of the tickets. Daytime tickets are booked online using your Business Partner login details and an e-ticket will be issued directly to you.

 5. Car parking is not included within the partnership and must be paid for in the usual way (currently £3.50).

6. All Business Partners have access to priority booking for our special events. During priority booking periods, a maximum of x10 full-price tickets may be purchased. Tickets are sold on a first come first served basis. For priority booking please contact the Development Team via email on development@bclm.com or call 0121 557 9643. Iron and Brass Partners have an allocation of special event tickets included in their package: Iron x20 and Brass x40.

7. Priority booking notice and Business Partner What’s On are provided by email only. It is the responsibility of the Partner to ensure their email address and contact permissions are correct and up to date.

 8. One complimentary venue hire of BCLM spaces is included in your Business Partnership according to the level as follows:

Coal -  One daytime venue hire for up to x120 people including car parking     (excludes access to the Museum)

Iron -  One daytime venue hire including access to the museum or exclusive evening venue hire for up to x120 people including car parking

Brass -  One daytime venue hire including access to the museum or exclusive evening venue hire for up to x500 people including car parking

Hire of meeting spaces will include the use of an LCD projector, x2 microphones and a flip chart as standard. All catering will carry an additional cost, and all spaces must be booked for a minimum of 10 delegates. 

9. All Business Partners will feature on www.bclm.com/partner for the duration of the Partnership. It is the responsibility of the Partner to provide BCLM with high quality images of logos and branding. In addition to our website Iron and Brass Partners will also have their branding and logo featured in the following ways:

Iron Partners - will feature on display screens in the visitor entrance, over a 12 month period. The screens will be permanently on during Museum opening hours, 270 days per year.

Brass Partners - In addition to our website and visitor entrance display screens, will be included in our Annual Review.

10. Iron and Brass Partners will receive invitations to networking events held at BCLM.

11. Unique BCLM experiences (Brass only) include invitations to hard hat tours and launch events of our BCLM: Forging Ahead development featuring a new 1940s-60s town and industrial area and new Visitor Centre.

12. Partners’ data will be held by the Black Country Living Museum in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 to provide membership information, news and offers relating to the Museum. Please refer to our website to review our full privacy policy https://www.bclm.co.uk/privacy.htm.

13. In exceptional circumstances Black Country Living Museum reserves the right to withdraw any of the partnership benefits at any time without prior notification. 

14. Please allow 14 days for application processing.
