An Electric Easter

01 May 2014

Following the winter maintenance programme, Trolleybus 862, has returned to service on the Museum's electric bus route, which is is currently the longest in the country; lucky visitors were able to climb aboard the newly refurbished 862 over the Easter holidays.

Our volunteer transport group normally operate the buses every Wednesday & Saturday, but Museum Bus Driver, Eric is hoping to run the buses on a more regular run - we will keep you updated.

If you are interested in helping and wish to find out more about joining any of the Museum volunteer groups, please see our volunteering support pages.
