Get Closer: Museum Toys - Cancelled

29 July 2020

We’ve reluctantly decided to cancel this event as a result of the ongoing public health situation due to coronavirus (Covid-19).

We’re sorry that we’ve had to take this decision and for any disappointment this may cause. Where possible, our priority is to postpone and re-schedule events. However, on this occasion, we’ve been unable to find an alternative date.

Come and get closer to our toy collection!

Join our Curator on a walking tour around the Museum, investigating the toys that belonged to children living in the Black Country from 1880-1940. We will explore the relationship between the toys, the houses and the life styles of the children they belonged to.

Visit the Museum’s object stores to discover and handle some of our hidden treasures and enjoy a complimentary cup of tea and cake over a chat with our Curator.

Tour time: 10am - 11:30am
