 The day will include an overview of the history the BCN (Birmingham Canal Navigations) in the Black Country and the people who worked the cut.

  • Working the Cut Part Three - Working at Caggy Stevens
  • Closing Lecture with Philip Riden, University of Nottingham department of History: The boatmen of the Chesterfield Canal
