Retail & Admissions Volunteer

We are looking for volunteers to support our Retail & Admissions team to deliver an exceptional visitor experience in our retail outlet and admissions desk.

In this role you will gain valuable experience in customer service and become part of and make a valuable contribution to the Museum's team.

What will be involved in this role?

  • Admissions – ‘Meet & Greet’, providing a welcome to our visitors; supporting our team in delivering great customer service
  • Retail – helping deal with deliveries, restocking, displaying merchandise, cleaning
