Hire & Hospitality Volunteer

We are looking for volunteers to join our Hire & Hospitality Team.

The role will give you the opportunity to gain experience in a customer facing & costumed role, providing assistance to our hire & hospitality team during daytime and evening corporate events.

What the role involves:

  • Welcoming event attendees, ensuring they successfully reach their event location
  • The opportunity to play an important role in the delivery of private corporate events across the Museum site
  • Helping to tell the Black Country story, happy to engage with all those attending corporate events
