Look Twice this Half Term at Black Country Living Museum!

This half term visitors can follow a fact finding trail around the Museum, to look into the world of moving pictures at the 1920s Limelight cinema, find historical optical illusions and ‘Look Twice’ to find some hidden facts and features of the Black Country Living Museum. Like the three faced liar clock so called by local people because of the three clock faces all telling different times.

Would you like to be a Wikipedia Volunteer?

This rare event will see the Museum opening up its object stores and site to inspire volunteers to create Wikipedia articles about the Museums collections. The Wikipedia day at the museum will include a curator led tour of the Black Country Living Museum’s hidden collections, a chance to explore collections from other local groups and museums including the Smethwick Heritage Trust, Black Country Society, Pen Room Museum and the Birmingham Assay Office.
