Our Bookings Team are on hand Mon - Fri (10am - 4pm) to offer help and advice to tailor make your visit to your students' needs.

Visits can include:

  • An exploration day around our 26 acre open air museum
  • Workshops
  • A variety of study specific visits
  • A themed event day (date specific)

 

What included in your booking:

  • Discounted admission rates starting from £6.95 per student for groups of 15+. We cater for any size group.
  • 1 teacher admitted FREE with every 10 students
  • FREE preliminary visit for 2 teachers
  • Indoor and outdoor picnic areas
  • FREE Coach Parking next to the main entrance
  • FREE admission and refreshment voucher for the coach driver
  • Qualified first-aiders
  • Free pre-written risk assessment guide (PDF 89kB) , access guide (PDF 145kB) and site etiquette

  • Special rates on the fairground rides (£1.50 per student for 3 rides)*
  • Option to apply for the School Membership scheme. If your school is located in the Black Country and has a high percentage (35% or above) of students eligible for free school meals. Then you are eligible to join our new School Membership scheme.


*Available from April - December each year, includes the Cakewalk, Speedway and Helter Skelter. Either turn up on the day with your money, or to reserve a slot, make a prior booking direct with the Fairground Operators. Contact 0796 793 0175 or 07743 965589.

How to Book

All educational groups must book in advance. To check availability and provisionally reserve your place contact the Booking Team Monday-Friday between 10.00am and 4.00pm:

Booking Forms

Once you have agreed a date with the bookings team this will be held provisionally for you until you complete and return the appropriate Booking Form.

 

Once we have received the Booking Form we will forward a booking acknowledgement to you. Bring this with you on the day of your visit.
