Visit our sister Museum, the Locksmith's House, as it turns to the 1940s.
See what life was like for Willenhall's Hodson family during the Second World War. There is plenty for all the family to join in with in and around the Hodson family home.
- See food ration cooking demonstrations
- Follow the evacuee themed trail around the house and workshops
- Learn about make do and mend
- Have a go at making a rag rug
- Find out about rationing in our Edwardian kitchen and see cooking demonstrations
- See our Locksmith’s live metal working displays
- Hear about the Hodson family's manufacturing during WW2
Various arrival times are available 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm however time to explore the house is not limited.
Please note this event is not at Black Country Living Museum, and takes place at: The Locksmith's House, 54 New Road, Willenhall, WV13 2DA
